Can we work with #19, James likes it the best. We were wondering ig "commercial group" can be on the bottom and the building can extend a little more over the top and graze along the bottom somehow. "commercial" can be below the line of the building outline or above it. Creativity welcome.
Hello nymalba...we Realy like #43. I think you have the right idea and connection to what we want to see. Here's our issue...right now we have our branded logo where the buildings are similar to what you have done. When we put our KW Commercial logo on top of that; it looks too boxy. In the state we operate in we have to use both logos together. Can we see:
1. "James" and the building outline in a silver/grey color. "Balliet" maybe in red? 2. "Commercial Group" under James name. 3. Somehow either "James balliet" on top of the buildings with some sort of connection with one of the letters 4. to the buildings or something cool like you did in this one. 5. On the end of the building outline, the last building looks a little like a house roof and we only sell commercial, can you make that one more into a little building or take off the chimney? 6. Another thought is #19...keeping the colors of "James Balliet" but moving the half building line underneath Balliet in a silver/grey and commercial group underneath somehow. We definitely want to see "commercial group" under the name. I don't care how you play with the red and white colors of the name, we love them being 2 different colors but we would like the buildings in a silver/grey somehow. Maybe the buildings can come up through "balliet"?
We are very close and think we are definitely on the same page. If you don't mind trying to tweak this a little, I think we have a winner?
Number 76 and 77 both look good. Are you able to place the building outline under the James Balliet name? Can we also see the font changed to "broadway"?
Hello NyMalba...James really likes the coloring of #74 and the layout of #75 and #76 but we need to see how it integrates with the "KW Commercial" Logo. My visual issue is the KW logo on top of the buildings looking boxy. These 2 logos have to have a flow because we have to use them together on all of our advertising fairly next to each other, on top of each other, etc...
He likes our current logo but it looks bad next to the KW logo; not visually appealing.
James loves the "J" going into the building lines! He would like to see the rooftop at the end of the name be drawn to more of a smaller building than a slanted roof-top. His main crux to his business is retail leasing in strip centers.
We need your artistic eye to figure out the way to make this layout work. What a job!
Hello NyMalba, our contest in ending TODAY. Is there a way we can speak to get this logo refined? We would like to choose your artwork but we have to just fine fine tune 74-75-76.
