We like the font choice because it is clean and neat. We prefer the school name to be typed out using upper and lower case letters (appropriately). We also prefer if the text is in a nondescript, black or gray type of color.
With regard to the symbol (in your case the butterfly), we posted some general comments for all designers about the direction of our curriculum, which might help in creating something that shows that. We really value creativity and hands-on learning, as well as health and fitness.
