So i was out voted. The team wants to keep the H in white, and add the text welcome home in gold, then narrow things up a little. That way it matches the logo we placed in the number 1 ranking.

the only thing I dont like here is the profile between the H and the boarder, and the beveled edge on the H. I feel like we can create some depth using shadow and glare while also narrowing this up for use in small areas like on picture and as a standalone piece.

Love this, lets try one with The Home Team in gold and the cities in white so I can have my team choose the one they like the best.

Lets shrink this up even more and go with the gold H. Like a narrow profile between the H and the boarder.

This is cool. If we can make the drop shadow on the H stand out so it has some two dimensional feel that would great!!

I saw the one you just designed but we Like the style of 246 the best. All in gold gradient. Let’s put the cities in white. Drop the boarder a little bit and just encompass the slogan. Does that make sense at all?

Okay. Let’s put the H in the gold gradient, cast a drop shadow and add some glare so it pops a little and put the text “Welcome Home” below the H.

I love the other logo, you killed everyone else on here, but I still am not a fan of this standalone. The reflection kind if doesnt make a lot of sense and the H looks like a J and an F. What if we did something more traditional. Solid square that could go inside the logo if needed or anywhere else but with clean lines? Or we make the boarder around the "h" just like the big logo but smaller. Like the house and trees just really small?? What do you think? I know you dont love this logo, I can tell because you other work is exceptional and this is so so lol. What are you thoughts as a designer?

Could you try one where the cities are under the home team text and the slogan is inside the rectangle? I like the text and all that looks great! Just want to see what it would look like all encompassed.

I like how the standalone logo is inside the main logo.

This font isnt too bad for the slogan. I guess I think youre right, maybe it should not be cursive though. Maybe just elegant and slender.

Im a fan of this. I think we should make the slogan in a smaller font than the market center locations though. Other than that I think its super clean. The cursive "H" you created was inventive as a standalone but thats the only element left I feel needs work.

Everything is good for me except we also need that standalone "H" Logo and the cursive. !!! Great work. Im pretty happy with it. Ill be able to have my staff vote soon but I think were super close. Youve done a great job communicating and I have no doubt youll be able to get us what we want.

Love the Spokane - CDA font now. Still not a huge fan of the cursive at the bottom. It seems a little bold and illegible. What do you think about it?

This is the closest yet. I do prefer the profile of the boarder to be narrow like it was before. Also the text; "Spokane - Coeur D' Alene" isn't legible really, so what do you think about making a line break in the boarder to place the text?? And then a cursive font for the slogan?

Additionally, the standalone 'H' you have created is cool with the mountain cap incorporated since we are in the pacific NW But im thinking about putting that inside the logo before "The Home Team." Does that make sense.

Things we like; the boarder around the home team text with the house and mountain is great. We just need to get the words - "Spokane - Coeur D' Alene" and then at the bottom of the logo outside the boarder we would like to add the slogan; The gold standard in real estate services.

I like the idea of keeping it square.

But leave this part how it is other than thickening it.

And then we just need to work on the other two components I talked about. The standalone, and the banner.

Also lets crank out a few of those "H" designs. I love the reflection youve been able to create, the depth is fantastic, lots to like here. Our thoughts were that we would have a logo that could go on a sign or website background that would be the whole logo with the house and trees, with a rectangle enclosed logo inside so we essentially have three logos. One standalone logo like the H you created but in that square format, a banner type that includes the text and the standalone logo, and then the banner inside the boarder with the house and trees.

This one is getting close. Any chance we can get everything inside the logo?

I like the shine and reflection, but we are trying not to steer to far from our original design. Lets narrow this profile up and get "the home team" in one line, just keep it an elegant narrow rectangle. See if you can incorporate some brushed texture and then what a lot of people are doing is creating a standalone logo for the H and keeping it on the left of the logo while keeping with the rectangle style.

Can you check out our profile again and read what we have updated? I was a little unsure of how this works and I feel like we gave unclear instructions. I think you are the best designer so far and would love to have you see the updated comments so you have a shot at winning here. I like that you understand the two-dimensional concept, with the reflection already down pretty well.

If we can turn the logo into a full rectangle with a darker gold infill and a lighter gold gradient boarder I would like to see what that looked like. As if the gold was chiseled into a gold brick. We like the reflective properties youve added to the badge, with the gradient in the black adding to the feel for depth. those are all qualities we are after, just not a huge fan of the badge style.

I like the realism in the gradient. I updated my profile with images and new instructions. We were a little unclear about how things worked when we started. If you could kindly look there and then proceed that would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at our original logo. Ill tell you exactly what I want. We wanted the logo we had to be more polished and with a realistic gradient. You can see there is no shine or light reflection in our logo, no depth and no clarity. Take our logo an see if you can make it better. Love to hear what you have to say about it, and what you can come up with.

A banner concept where there is depth with the lettering, as opposed to a badge symbol would be more heavily considered. Like the images we provided of our logo, mixed with the simplistic banner style of the sets I chose in the selection process.

Again, really like your design style. We are looking to improve the design we have by making it more elegant, classy, and multi-dimensional. Having a simple design, modern, and realistic gradients is a must. We also need something that is going to provide us with a standalone concept, as well as a full logo.
