The slogan I think would be better in larger font at the bottom of the logo. And then get the cities under "the Home Team" text. And again, that reflection that os half way across the H logo. Lets continue that shadow across the whole piece as if you were actually considering where the light sources are coming from. Right now there is no depth and it looks like its just two different colors. I would like it to look like a shadow that naturally made its way across the piece and the gold looked more realistic.
Good morning!! Okay so a couple things I can add here;
1.) We serve the Spokane - Coeur D' Alene area's - so both of those cities will need to in the logo. What we can do it take the slogan out of the banner and place it bellow the logo. Make "The Home Team" a larger font and place the two cities at the bottom of the logo but inside the banner. Maybe just placing the line break in between the cities.
2.) We relly need to work on the gold and the texture in the gold. I like your design the best and hope you wind, but other have submitted designs with a feel for depth, texture in the gold, and the reflection of shine on the inset of the logo that travels across the whole piece. Please let me know if language is a barrier as we have Spanish speaking people on staff if that happen to be your primary language.
Okay getting there. Is there anyway we can add that brushed gold to give it some texture and ad that reflection throughout the whole logo? I want that reflection to actually make sense. This is the best one yet. I like how narrow the profile is, I think we can find a better font for "The Home Team" fill it out . little further and then at the bottom we need the words Spokane - Coeur D' Alene. Im a big fan of what youve created. We still have work to do on it for sure, and I have my team thats giving their opinion but if we can get that brushed gold with some depth in the badge and start to hammer away at those intricate elements I believe we can put it together.
The gold standard in real estate services can go under the logo in elegant cursive writing.
You see how the reflection on the H is exclusive to that image? What we should try is to continue the reflection all the way across the rectangle. Also I want to narrow the profile on the outside boarder. We can just extend the think gold boarder around the H to encompass the whole image. Does that make sense?
I want to continue with this style. Whoever can get us close enough wins and I think your are the designer to do it. I know were asking a lot. I have a slight degree of design experience myself and I know how difficult what we asking is to do but we would be forever grateful for it.
I included an image on our profile of a canadian crest that was in gold. One part of the crest is in dark rose gold, and the back ground is a lighter, softer gold. thats a consideration.
Im thinking about keeping all of this in tight, but insetting the black by giving it shadow and shine. We also want to eliminate the gold line that is in the "H" because it makes the top look like a W slightly.
I think you're getting pretty close here. Ill try to explain again because so far I really love what you have done in making the square H as a standalone logo. Now all we need to do is add some depth, get that reflective nature, and you can do that by making the rest of the rectangle inset and that gives you the ability to have shadow, and also glare, or reflection. Again, place my logo right next to this standalone H, and just make it text. We aren't committed to the type of text, or font either. Just that we have a main logo that will be on a black background, and then a standalone like you have created here.
Getting closer for sure. And you understand what I mean with regard to the continuation os the rectangle. Just imagine putting my logo right next to this on the righthand side.
Also there is a lot going on in between the silver boarder and the gold. Why not just add a bevel to the gold and have them meet directly? Would that work?
Can you add some reflection in the logo like the Apple logo? And then continue this rectangle to enclose the rest of the logo with just says "the home team" in the banner, and then Spokane - Coeur D' Alene
Brighten up the gold a little bit in the square standalone logo, add some depth and reflectove properties, and then continue it with the rest of the logo like we have in our already, and consider that two tone concept that I included in attached images!!! Good luck. youre up there in our favorites.
If this continued into a rectangle banner that had the logo enclosed and also had the standalone H attached we would be getting much closer. I also attached a conceptual image in our profile so you could see what I was talking about. Great work btw
Again, I like the standalone logo, but we arent looking for a total logo redesign. We have a great starting point. What we are looking to do is to polish heavily our logo concept by adding reflection, two dimensions, and a realistic gold gradient.
