Its a nice two tine concept. Gradient looks good. What would be nice, and what Ive been seeing is keeping that standalone logo on the left side of the rectangle, while just including "the home team" in the banner. Does that make sense? One of the concepts we have seen is creating a square logo with the H inside and then continuing with the rectangle for the rest of the text. While including depth, the reflective properties (like the apply logo in previous years.)

I just want to let you know that I make the 'h" on home is clearer as h. Because I think on your current logo it's slightly like "b".

I also make the Tagline into simpler font.
