What font is that? We might be changing to the Guthrie Group. I can edit the team/group part but can't find the font in photoshop.

Hi Plamen, we want to chose this design as the winning design. When you put together the file is it possible to add another compass to the right of it that is plain with no G in it. We want to be able to place it behind like the design in the second place spot for different advertising we’ll be doing.

We decided we like this logo the best and will be the most versatile even though we absolutely love the idea of the key. Then it is your concept alone as well and no one has to split the winnings. :)

Can you change the color from green to grey? That'll be our last request.

This compass is our top choice, we like the "the guthrie team" layout of the original with "the" being vertical. Words to the right of design.

i spoke with Visarates, he agreed to use his concept. But if i win with his concept (key coming from the compass) i have to split the prize with him.
So here are the new ones...

So we love "the guthrie team" and don't want any changes there. Separating the compass from the logo seams like the way to go as you did in your other designs. Just making the compass so it stands alone and has a feature maybe not a key or keyhole, but something else that says residential real estate.

I thought you were talking about GPdesigns. Visarates initially did his and we asked the key to be coming out of the compass a little more as it was encapsulated. We want the compass part to be able to stand alone by itself and people still see it and think real estate. We don't want to get anyone in trouble with the rules, I liked the keyhole concept but my wife didn't and she likes keys a lot. So I don't know what we have to do. We love the font and layout of yours. Just want something added to the compass part of it that says real estate.

We like this design the best without the "navigating your journey home" part. After much discussion, we want the compass part to be able to stand alone by itself eventually and people still get a sense of what we sell. Having a key coming from the center of the compass, I created a picture to better explain, but am not sure how to share that with you.

We really like this one and had a few ideas to add to it. First, could we work in a slogan that said "Navigating your journey home" I don't know if we could do this but if the h in home would tie into the H in guthrie that could be really neat. Also, we would like the house to stand out a little more. Could you add a pop of color and make the house green?

my husband like this one, and i agree it does get our message across. he thinks it actually looks like a key with the compass part being the handle and the guthrie team being the teeth part of the key. I think that is a need concept

or one of the letters into a key, just something so the customer would have an idea of what we do by looking at our logo
