This is closer - I like the adjustment you made to line spacing. I also like the simple circle. I would still like to eliminate the leaf and just focus on simple line art representing the bar graph.

I still really like the type treatment. I like the “the” being a lighter color. I have 2 comments:
1) can you move “Growth” and “Counsel” closer together - I’d like “growth” and “counsel” to be closer together than “the” and “growth”
2) The graphic is more business focused than the original - but I would like to eliminate the leaf entirely - but incorporate the design style of the original leaf design - circle with a thin, subtle line - and design style with personality.

This graphic is business focused vs organic, just like I asked - but I still like the feeling of the original leaf graphic. Can you incorporate the design sense of that first leaf graphic with the bar graph concept?

I like your type treatment a lot. I also like how serious the type treatment is in contrast to the softer design of the leaf logo. Can you try a version just like this, but instead of growth represented by a leaf - can you create a graphic that represents business growth?
