try use black background on white/ grey logo.

try other concept use G symbol and have scale justice represent to law firm.
there have the part black and gery (rerpesent to "Area Grey").

use element justice like scale justice, hammer, etc, is approved? or you want without it?

this idea with round shape, instead have acronym initials name (GACaaaa' grey area consulting), also have the part of area grey from white (negative space "G).
