Entry # 23 and # 21, nice start! if we are using headphones as the object make sure they look like headphones. Your design doesn't look anything like headphones. The hand doesn't have to be an actual "hand" as a object, you can organically grow the "three fringer" out of a letter in the "the gifted program" from the headphones or in some other creative way. If you are going to use the hand make it more life-like , less cartoon like. This is supposed to be a street, urban, hip brand. I like the font but the headphones and hand need to be done much better.
Entry # 22 and 25, gotta think much more urban, the circle needs to look like a record and it needs to be much more edgy and gritty. Also, the headphones are awful, if you are going to draw them make them look like headphones.
