Would it be possible to get this one with no west hollywood, and instead, with with a cool sun image over the LES of gables?

this one is really interesting to me too...I like the muted background feel. Can i see this one with a light yellow background? Same color on the font for the gables and west hollywood

Also, going to run these by my wife this evening...more feedback to come

I've uploaded some new logos with your suggestions.
I don't know if is too much color but as you suggest sun imagery and colors like the Endless Summer movie poster I've been working on that.
Please let me know your thoughts and feel free to ask for any changes or new ideas.
I've also uploaded 2 logos that have a more geometric palm tree, but do let me know if you want a "real" palm tree.

I really like this one. Love the font and love the feel. Can I see some versions with some type of graphic options? Think like palm trees, sun imagery or colors like the Endless Summer movie poster? Really excited about this direction
