on #30: -Change "The Florida Caribbean Division" to The Florida-Caribbean Division" (add hyphen) -Also Change it to lay in the same size, all the way across like #16 -I like the grey Line across the bottom to separate Creating The M3PG Experience like #16 -Change "Creating The M3PG Experience" to "The M3PG Experience" (remove "The) -and Can we also ADD the Island of Puerto Rico (in the same style as Florida/ Grey Outline)

How about take #41 and #42 and do the following (I'd like to see): -Take Everything that is Grey and make black -Make the "FC" and "The Florida-Caribbean Division" Darker Red Fading in (see my #1 ranking logo and the way the state fades in from left to right) -Maybe keep the sun same color? maybe play around with it?
