So any chance you can make the figure of the coach look a little less muppet/cartoonish? Maybe define the borders a little more.

I would say take out the houses on each side. Maybe add a whistle hanging around the coach's neck. How about a little upside down house on the front of the hat to help indicate this is for real estate? Does the coach have to be dressed up with a tie? I don't wear ties. lol What about using all capital letters for "The Flip Coach" to make the H fashioned with a house and flip the word "the" on its side. thanks

Also, how about adding a little whistle hanging on his neck? Maybe try some versions in other colors. As many as you want to come up with, but I think a black and red version might be interesting. Also, try using capital letters so the H can be turned into a house. or you could simply dot the "i" with a little upside down house. And try flipping the word THE on its side? Thanks! Need to incorporate something visual (not text) that indicates this is for flipping houses. A little upside down house somewhere?
