Color variation is no problem. If we able to fix the the design then we can change the color whenever we want.

So I like this!! A lot! Clean and simple. It is not as techy as some of the other designs, but I like that. I did like the versions you did playing around with the colors and the letters. We can get back to that. I had to move them to not interested, one of the things I don't like. I cannot figure out how to go to just all of your designs to look at them? At some point I will need to see all the color and variations of this one.

The one in #132 is too big of a house. Needs to be a little smaller. And I think it would work better right side up. Thanks

Can you please try using the red letter "i" in the word "flip". Like you did in #135 upsideown. Then another version with the "i" like you did in #133 with the little red house dotting the "i" but don't put it upside down. Leave the "i" dotted with the little house right side up. Thanks

I like the "I" you did on #135. Try that on this one as well, then duplicate in the other color scheme. Thanks

I like this one. How about a few different versions. One in black n red. One with capital letters to make the "H" on "coach" into a little house. Or you could dot the "i" with a little house....that could also have a version of the little house upside down?

I like the look and the color. Just need to incorporate something visual (not text) that indicates this for real estate....flipping properties more specifically. Maybe an upside down house on the baseball cap?
