Oh yes, and change the 'and' to '&'.

I think the tag line detracts from the beautiful logo. Could the tagline be outside the turquoise box? That enables us to use/add the tagline when needed and use your logo on it's own. I hope you get what I mean. Keep the coloured box and text and have the tagline outside the turquoise box (in white space).

I like the softer, more feminine colour.
