We like the type face used in #1. We are re-thinking including "symbols" unless they speak clearly. We won't have the benefit of a long run to establish an abstract symbol.
I like your #16 but am a little worried about the dark background and the readability of the green. The leaf is a nice simple touch. There is one other person reviewing the logos and I'm interested to hear what she thinks. Thank you for your hard work!
I like #4 but I'm not wild about the brick(?) used as an "O" in Emerson. I like #19 - maybe try to play with the shape of the leaf. Cool that it has 16 squares! I'm curious if there is a significance to the "o" being underlined in #17? Great work!
Yeah, I think so. Since we're playing with this idea of using the leaf as a motif for the units, there are going to be units that are "flats" (all on one level) and some that are "duplexes" (on 2 levels) and the range of size of the units goes from the smallest which is 1038 sq ft to the largets at 2190 sq ft.....
I'd like to see another version of #4 without the brick - I like the idea of the design being stacked and flush right like you've done it. We like the colors in #19 - they feel happy and bright. We're not crazy about orange
We can make the colors anything we want. Ultimately the logo still needs to communicate in grayscale or black and white - i.e. Newspaper/fax. I want to say something more than just "floor plan". This really communicates nothing and can be applied to any/all pieces of property. The park location, the eco friendly aspects, the 'hipness' of an old brick factory are much more attractive/memorable aspects of this property. It is why I would pick up the phone.
