Can you change the "people" to make the middle person not look like a child? My business primarily works with seniors and their adult children. Thanks!

Thank you. Could you experiment with making the "hand" slightly less substantial and using a "tree" to round out the top instead of the solid blue circle? I don't know if that works, but I like the tree that appears in some of the other submissions.

I like many elements of this logo, particularly the people. It may be a little too formal, as it causes me to think of a government agency. Other designs I like have also included hands (the idea of "caring") and I would like to develop the idea of continuity or circle of life... Thanks!
