I like the idea and particularly like the versions with the line separating text from icon. The main problem is that NYC real estate isn't about "houses." We're all apartment buildings, hi-rises, townhouses and brownstones.

A second (more minor) issue is that I am not sure that the arrow going in the down direction is really the best image for a shaky real estate market... makes it seem like we think prices are going down. :)

Great job on the redesign... I love the simplicity and clean design of #32 and #29. I ranked it fourth for now, but only because I am still deciding between a very simple design (like yours) or a more complex one like the others. If I go simple (and that is where my brain wants me to go), then you'd be at the top right now.

Can we try to amp up the color contrast a bit more? Maybe try the door and the word "Edry" in a starker color like red?

And lastly, this might be stupid, but can we try one version of it with a small "E" in the upper left corner of the square? Wondering if we can make that look like a window that both balances the open door and also marks the logo with my initial. What do you think?

Thanks and really great job...

i've added an option with a small "E" in the upper left corner, but i think that its not a good idea because of the composition #51
