Wow... you just leapt to the front of the pack with both design ideas! Well done... I'm going back and forth between #25 and #24.
One thing I'm wondering: Can the skyline outline in #24 be tweaked a little to look a bit more like the Manhattan skyline? Particularly, I think the pointy-top one could look a bit more like the Empire State Building if it was a little taller and had a spire.
