445 is really great! Can you incorporate 5 lines to that resemble 5 letters?

Could you make another with 5 dots in a downward line that resemble the same?
Different variations of the 5 dots while making it look simple and luxury would be awesome.
Can you also try with 5 dots connected?
We would really like to see as many variations if possible.
