Is there a way you can make "The" smaller and maybe less obvious or maybe even remove it all together - but still keep is symmetrical? also can you add a spaces in the web address "local lending team.com"

Just remember that to be allowed during the "judging period" the designer should be ranked first.... after you ran rerank again.
