The Dog StayLogo Design Contest

I had initially tried incorporating some dogs into my logo, but I wanted to keep it simple enough so that it works well in all sizes and media. Here is my proposed idea: a wordmark with a "doggie hotel" incorporated into a cityscape. Playful and memorable, yet still professional. Thanks in advance for looking.

Used the same color for the words, to emphasize the tie-in to the "doggie hotel". Either version would work. We can easily change colors at anytime.

Thanks for your entries. I agree that your simple design gets the idea across of a city-based dog hotel. I like the color schemes you chose. Still, I am looking for something more playful. At least for now, I am still leaning toward something with dogs.

I was able to get these dogs finished before time ran out; I hope you like them. I added some friendly, relaxed dogs... eyeing their fun, relaxing destination.

Here are some with actual dog colors, but I think I definitely like it better as a stylized two or three-color logo. It seems much more professional and eye-catching when it's just the blue & gold.
