With this one I've combined the "D" and "G" into 1 icon.

And one more with a "D/G" combination. In this instance the "D" is in the negative white space, were the G creates the whole in the middle of the D.

Can you lose the "The" and have it read Destino Group. Can you stretch the lettering of Destino Group. I really like it.
