Thank you for your submission! How can you make the image look more like a compass? The image could me seen more as a star or flower. It also feels more feminine and we want a balance between feminine and masculine.

This looks more like an angel. Not what we are looking for.

This one is interesting too! I still don’t think the backpack image is clear in its visual message. How might it be more instantly recognizable?
