Thank you again for all of your submissions! Again, it is very helpful to see the variety of ways this logo can be used. We'd like to see 3 things:

1. In looking at this one #272 - it looks like the gradient is from purple to teal. We'd like to see one that is deep blue to teal.

2. We also like the triangle accent on the "i" in Daring.

3. Lastly, could you include the tag line.

Thank you for all of these iterations! It is very helpful to see how we can use this. One of my team members does not like the pick. Could you create one that is just teal, another like this one but no pick, and one more that uses tan/brown instead of pink. Thanks!!

Blue, teal, purple and a little bit of pink!

We like the color of the triangle in this one!

I shared this with my colleagues and they were interested! We feel like there is still too much pink. Maybe work with a darker teal to blue gradation? Also the graphic and the company name are a bit separated - how would you make them more united? Lastly, How would you include our tag line?

I like this- the wording is cool and seems original and professional. Agree that some other art might be more aligned with our interests.

I like the originality.

I like the look but would prefer one that identifies either male or female. I like the idea of making the image inside more simple.

I like the words without the other image- feels too cluttered. Agree that we could substitute the pink for a teal color.

This is moving in a really cool direction! Thank you for submitting so many versions to illustrate the different ways that we could use this.

The colors feel like a better balance between female and male energy.

The compass letters look "busy" - is there a way to simplify or make it less busy to the eye?

This is cool looking. We'd still like a bit less pink. Maybe pink, teal, dark blue? The colors feel more feminine and we really want a balance between feminine and masculine.

Ok - I see it now! Is there a way to make the letters more visible or recognizable? We'd like people to "get it" quickly - AND still have it be a cool looking graphic.

This is interesting - we like the gradient colors! Maybe more deep teal/blue with a bit less pink.

Could you incorporate the letters TDV into the compass?

Here #43 - If you noticed the letter on the left its the "V" and the ones on the right its the combo of "TD".

And if we inverse the logo like #44 we have the "TD" on the left and the "V" on the right of the compass.

This is interesting! We like the balance of feminine and masculine with the black and the pink. What would it look like to have the colors transition from pink to dark teal?

We also like the image of the compass. Could you incorporate the letters TDV into the compass?

As for the bird this is the phoenix, and haves the meaning of eternity, strength and renewal. This bird its also knowed as the leader of the birds, and the immortal bird. As well as been the unique bird that can self regenerate. That´s why i thought in using this one since It could fit along the brief and be a unique logo concept. Hope these make sense.

A bird is not a part of our identity. The wording is very cool. After reading the descriptions that I listed, what other graphic could you use instead of a bird?

This one looks more like a logo for camping or mountain climbing. We still want a professional look and to communicate leadership development.

Thanks again. The mountain doesn’t do it for me - seen it too much and feels more masculine.

This feels more fluid, balanced (feminine and masculine), and professional. Does anything else come to mind other than a mountain - feels like a cliche.
