perhaps the whole circle with the small spark inside might work with this graphic, and the text as is ...maybe stacked...
I'll prepare a version. and one with the backpack in the same vein like my previous entries, solid not linework...

Thank you for your work. We can see that you are really listening to our feedback. The backpack is a better graphic image than before. However, this logo seems like it has lost its spark. It seems more basic. What could add more energy or life?

Great - thank you for that feedback! I shared that public website so that you could see what a work backpack looks like - not to use one of those images. I would love to see your graphic interpretation of a work backpack.

Absolutely...we are not allowed to use images directly or to share in the blind phase information or design elements introduced by others :)

Thank you for working on this and submitting another image. This is image is clearer - What would it look like without the compass? What would it look like with the words on the right of the image (not in the circle)? Lastly, is there a way to make the backpack more expensive looking? A work backpack vs a camping backpack?

Thanks for your work - it’s not quite right. Any way to create a more stylized backpack vs realistic? Overall, the logo has too much going on - too much detail and I’m getting lost vs having more clarity.

used another backpack type...which is clear that is a backpack :)
I'm working on the other one as well ... but it might take a bit of time...
