The Daniel Porter GroupLogo Design Contest

I really like the font and text layout of #121 - un-italicize Sold By DP and make it all lowercase letters. Are there other options for logos above Sold By DP? The house top is used a lot in our office and I'm not crazy about how your eye immediately goes to the gray.

Also can you do one like #121 where you just take out the gray logo altogether and center "sold by dp" unitalicized under the text?

I've made these changes and have some files ready to upload. However, during judging, only the #1 ranked designer has the ability to add new designs.
So would you mind (temporarily) moving one of mine to #1 so I can add these new ones?

#149 - clean text-only style

#151 is an abstract building/house structure as a "DP"

#152 through #155 incorporates a brushstroke flag motif to echo the "sold by DP" message. #155 without any additional house graphic — the name becomes more visually prominent in this particular design.

Can you make DP lowercase too?

I like the abstract DP but you make it a little bit more recognizable?

Lastly for now, one of the original design with a softer gray box – #156 – feels more balanced with the type weight.

Sure, sorry about the case - I'll update on next ones. I'll take a look at the DP.

To make it more legible I've rounded the ends. It's become less building-like and is now simply a unique symbol. Dynamic and memorable.

#158 is treating both as lower case.

I think I like #149 right now the best - with lowercase dp - can we see that?

#161 has a heavier font weight for "GROUP" – for comparison

I really like #161 and am leaning towards keeping it like it is. But is there anything real estate related we could fit into it? I really like the comoact square size of it so don't really know that I want to add anything left or right. Maybe a picket fence or something under Porter and above the line??

I like #162 - but that house top has been used by several in our office and area already - do you have anything different for that spot? Still simple yet sophisticated?

Hi, I've just arrived at my destination and getting set up to make some new designs. I'll be adding new files a couple of hours from posting this message.

A couple of colour options on a new picket fence idea. Thinking on other options/layouts.... will let you know when I have something else to view.

Could I also see #161 on a black background? If I choose this design, I'd like to be able to have it in white, on transparent, and on black if possible.

Absolutely no problem to supply different versions.
