I just saw #486. That looks good. Can you spend some time making sure all things are lined up and space correctly. Looks the there is more space between the top line than the bottom line of "real estate team"

I´ve submited revision for your consideration:
1 - #488 - The guides in light blue are only for your to be confident it´s all align.
2 - #489 - This is the same design as #488, but without the light blue lines

Yes i use Adobe Illustrator. http://designmodo.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/07.jpg
After the contest is over designers are allowed to change e-mails with clients. And i will send you the vector file in the end of it. The vector file is a *.ai file compatible with Illustrator form Adobe.
If you wish, you can add me on skype after the contest its over, we can talk and i can show you in real time some colour combinations. Feel free if you wish.
