My first entry for your contest - the font is similar to the one you like. The small shapes represent stacked containers. Usually, as far as I can tell, that is how they look stacked on a ship.
#7 strikes some additional interest. We do not like the smudge effect...would rather see solid color or container siding effect behind wording. Still looking for stronger colors...no pastel, earthier. I think the abstract rectangles could be more abstract and less formed or patterned. #3 is also a strong candidate, as we like the corporate image it presents, but needs color adjustment and maybe less container squares. Please play with these two designs only.
#2 has returned to the 1st position. I like the coloring and would like to see the text set on a grey background like #10. Also please change the cube color in #10 to the same as #2. The colors i like are red, orange, brown, black and grey.
