Can we soften this logo/font/edges in some way?

We really like this logo but are wondering about PDX being the most salient while our complete name Connect PDX should be more noticeable

We liked this logo but feel like it is too simple. Not sure how to change that.

How would this look on a white background with black text and keep the PDX red?

The connect and group text seems too small.

Can you also make another one with a house instead of a circle?

We like this logo but can you make it less sporty and more elegant. Maybe change the font for PDX?
