Thank you for the feedback, sorry for the delay in responding because here is the morning (wakeup) people start their activities.

I can't submit a revised design because the contest has ended only the 1st ranked designer can submit a revision in the selection round.

We would like to see this one with an upward pointing arrow (white) dividing the blue bar from the red bar.

We like the font. Can you show us a version with the words "THE" and "OF BIRMINGHAM" in black... and the lines too?

We like this one. Would like to see the rules in a lighter weight, as well as the words "THE" and "OF BIRMINGHAM" to be less pronounced. You're off to a good start with this idea!
