please check my revised design, I've found the end of Birmingham with the exact same size

The type size on "THE" looks larger than "OF BIRMINGHAM." We would like to see them the same.

We would also like to see a version of #248 with the word "ALLIANCE" in red. Thx.

We like the simplicity of this submission. Can you try a few more versions using different fonts?

(3) Turn "Coaching Alliance" to BOLD and BLUE

We like this one. Would like to see the rules in a lighter weight, as well as the words "THE" and "OF BIRMINGHAM" to be less pronounced. You're off to a good start with this idea!

what you mean like this

Can you (1) move the word "ALLIANCE" onto the same line as "COACHING", and (2) move the word "THE" above that line and (3) change it's color to black. Then (4) stretch "OF BIRMINGHAM" so that it is justified underneath. It would also be nice to see the inside of the circle changed to 185 Red. Thx.
