I like the fireball concept - much better done than our previous logo with the fireball. Constructive feedback - the three different fonts used makes a composition that doesn't seem to hold together as well as it would if they were more in the same family (though now that I look, other submissions have done the same - it seems to be more obvious in your submission). The kerning in "Ball" is a little off as well. Otherwise, a great direction.
