I like the idea of the hospital symbol and cat- really gets the point across in a picture. The logo could stand alone as well- good for branding. Could you try it with the navy and a light blue/green or light blue? This looks gray to me.

Please make the logo rectangular - with the symbol on the left and the text on the right. Please also remove the slogan
