Design build cultivate please use a non serif font, It is kind of hard to read those words. Maybe try all caps and condense letter spacing a tad bit. THANK YOU

also the line that goes to the E in the word THE should be closer to the letter just like it is with the line that goes to the G in GROUP. Spacing should be the same.

I'm liking this one the most with the white, can you make the spacing between the diamond design element equal? then move the design element a tiny bit closer to the capital C in consortium.

Update with helvetica font for "THE" and "GROUP"
