This is a odd type of feedback, but can you try an example that's a bit more distressed and has a bit more personality? This is excellent, but if we can have it show a bit more human/personal touch to it that might make it perfect. Maybe try playing around with the font and or get a distressed look to the logo itself?

Changed the direction a bit. Made the weights complete again but emphasized the progressive chart by slightly separating it from the barbell and made it blue. Switched to a more vibrant blue. Also put more emphasis on 'the business' part of your name. Let me know what you think.

Love the concept. Any chance to make the same style with a thicker "gear" and make it so the whole logo is a bit more circular/square in overall dimensions.

No need to feel sorry. I want this to look perfect as much as you do. See #40 and please let me know if you'd like to see any other changes. Removed the vintage look.

Sorry 1 more request, can you change the font to be a bit more "bold" and not as "rustic"?

I love this concept, if you could make it a bit more Bold, on white background with some blue's in there I would love to see how that looks.

Took out the bottom half of the weights on the left so the remaining, upper half looks like a progressive chart. Let me know what you think.
