This is a odd type of feedback, but can you try an example that's a bit more distressed and has a bit more personality? This is excellent, but if we can have it show a bit more human/personal touch to it that might make it perfect. Maybe try playing around with the font and or get a distressed look to the logo itself?

Love this concept with the gear logo, but don't like the wording stretched around the top and bottom. Any way you could play around with the wording?
