Do you prefer more horizontal or squared design? Do you prefer it on white background only?

In real estate everyone does the house type icons. I love your design as it's different. I'm open to anything. Prefer simple. No house, no keys.

It is currently letterform mark. You didnt ask letterform marks, so maybe you can tell now, do you prefer wordmarks or letterform marks or something? Im asking, because all house-related icons was eliminated by you.
