Btw, the more vivid color on background will be better. Anyway, colors could be altered anytime. Since your presentation contains maroon colors I also provided you with logo variations on maroon. Thanks.

I am not sure wether you've noticed or not I provided you with different sans serif font. But in Sentence Case. Will do with other fonts. The thing is that there are hundreds sans serif fonts and it's hard guess what you like. Thanks.

Hi Eximius. Thanks for your reply. There is a rendering on our website showing the pool -- the balconies are somewhat visible behind. I do have any ideas on how to incorporate it. Perhaps, as you suggest, we should just stick with the bridge image.

Do you have the actual picture of the so-called triangle-shaped balcony? 'cause I don't really understand the it's concept from your website and floor plan provided; and how it should be incorporated into the logo. Moreover, the graphics should be in sync with the name. It's intentional to use bridges as for the main graphics. Please advise. Thanks
