I will try to come up with something more simple.

Your logo is very ambitious in that it captures the architecture of the building AND the bridge. Thank for this. My hesitation is that it may be too busy. A few thoughts on removing elements. (1) The component which reflects the building actually resembles the letter "T" and "H". Perhaps this could become the word "THE"? (2) Perhaps we should omit the motto "Upscale urban living..." below the word Bridges.

Any feedback on this as I have hand sketched !

Hi. Thanks for this contribution. We like it but it is a little more on the fun side and not quite as much on the sophisticated side as some other logos we have ranked higher.

Any feedback please ?
