I like the idea you have here. Can you give me some different looks along with some other concepts or ideas? Also, the columns resemble neckties a bit...which isn't necessarily a bad thing actually. I'm interested in some of your other creative ideas.
Also, I'd like the name to have "The Bridge" bigger and the "Leadership Foundation" underneath. I like the font though.
