I love this idea! Could you also give me a version in maroon or burgundy? Also, do you have any ideas where the icon is square? I like the way you have the tagline beneath the company name. I would like "The Bridge" to be on top (and larger), then the leadership foundation underneath, then the tagline below that.
If possible, I'd like to see a few different conceptual ideas.
