I like the feel of what you've submitted here. I think a darker blue would be closer to what I'm looking for. Maybe a navy or midnight blue (or something like that). Also, do you have any other ideas for the logo? This current one has a kind of bridge/ lighthouse feel to it. Which isn't necessarily bad, just would like to see some of your other ideas.
Also, I would like "The Bridge" to be more front and center and the "Leadership Foundation" and the tagline to be beneath it. Kinda' like this (but centered of course): THE BRIDGE Leadership Foundation Bridging The Gap Between Your Present And Your Destiny
