could you please change copyright ownership of that photo to "CH owns copyright to this image", as some of colegue designers might think that I broke the rule (we can not use images on which CH doesn't own copyrights) and star Logo Court against me.

No problem regarding the changes.
I'll adjust and upload in a few hours (just to get back to my office).
Regarding any future work, of course. We can talk about that once the contest is over - it is forbidden to make any arrangements before contest ends as that might be interpreted as influencing the Contest Holder. But, no you are not obligated to continue working through Logo Tournament with the designer you choose.

This is pretty close. I think adding the sunglasses, defining the mouth on the face to separate the shoulder, slightly extending the shoulder to give motion to the image should get us there. The lines on the club that make the fingers in the picture should be transferred to the logo. I appreciate the additions. We will get there and be able to move on to the photography icon as well as others. Do we work directly with you or must we go through logo tournament for all future work with you? Many thanks!

The image is almost correct. The big difference is the swing. Golfers will immediately identify the issues with the positioning of the arms is off, the shoulder shape is off, and the hat and head is off. Is there any way to make the image identical to the photo, including the areas that identify the fingers, emphases on the shoulder and back? Sorry to be persistent but this is a golf magazine and I have shown the logo, which they want to approve and move on to other logos with you. However, the image is the most important. I shared the picture with a board member, who immediately noticed the exceptions. Your work is very close, but there are key exceptions to the photo. I will check to see if revisions were made. We would like to move on to other work with you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

The photo attached of the golf image is not from the internet. The owner is a photographer and the image is of himself taken by him. Please use that image as your guide. Your logo is the selection that he would like to make. He owns the photo.

Yes, that would be great if you had your photo.
I can not use any photos from internet, as they are all copyrighted and can not be used in logo (that is the reason why I had to draw golfer and use the image you attached only as a reference - tracing it is forbidden).
