Thank you for this design, it's very neat and contained. We're looking for something a little different....
Could you keep the font you've used, but change the colour to dark blue, and also see what it would look like as 'TBC' as opposed to the whole company name underneith the picture? Plesase remove TBC from the centre. Please keep the green, but change the leaves slightly....something not quite right there but can't put my finger on it!
