I like that the picture is abstract. The grid type pattern technically fits the brief very well, however we're not so keen on it. Perhaps you could take the grid away and replace it with something else? Can we try having the wording all in the same font size and pale and/or dark blue?
Once this is done, maybe we can look at having the writing to the right of the picture and try having just 'TBC' as opposed to the full company name?
