Hello Beth, I see you extended the project several time, I've been a member of LT for a long time and I know how frustrating it can be and make thing even harder it's real estate, yes houses roofs doors keys building are the industry standard.

I rarely enter Real Estate project because 99% of Contest Holders want thous industry objects but once in awhile I'll take on a challenge because I feel that I can present an identifiable mark that is NOT industry standard.

My advice try not to second guess yourself, if it feel right then choose and don't look back because the grass is not always greener.

All the Best

I've not added the tagline as the tagline simply make too much text for a brand identity tags would be added to BCards, signs, web site etc.

I've manage to add the tag in such away that blends well with each of the submissions. each design is readable no squint to read the fine print (tagline)

the background coloring simulated standard office paper, i ti fairly accurate as the background is an actual sheet of paper that I've photographed.

The swan design is the non-traditional direction while the other submission are modern take on classical Real Estate logos types.

#214 the tagline is an abstract smile with the small smile dimple, it's fun and fresh with a visual positive message

Hi Scott, thanks for the last minute entries, and for confusing my mind even more :-) I really don't think I put enough thought into this to begin with. My favorites of yours are the "smiles", without the big graphics, maybe with the roof top. The other would be the 'b", then I am not a fan of the swan or the other....too busy. What I realized today is that I need to be able to sometimes layer it with KW logo as well...

Hi,

#216 is my fave hands-down and a good choice it's feminine without being girly has strong visual presence and it make one smile just looking at it. KW logo depending on which one you are using they ave too many for a brand identity it will work with #216 but that is something that can be worked out later

#241 #242 a clean simple round door with welcome sign. The upper rounded door is more inviting than a traditional sharp corner door which is harsh and to analytical
