I like what you have done. Is there any significance to the icon? If you're now aware, the Bakken is a region in North Dakota, Montana and surrounding areas where there is tremendous growth primarily surrounding the oil industry. However, what I want from this club is a reflection of concern for the well being of the community supported by growth in business. Make sense?

Numbers 1 and 5 are both good. Perhaps the circle in the middle of the icon could be a water droplet like you did in some of the other designs.
