I prefer to have it with. I really like your style of text and font and layout in terms of the text. It feels pretty modern and contemporary. However, the logo part above the text doesn't match the look and feel of the text.

Sorry, its been a busy day here. Ok, so we do want to have a cooking flare but some how keep let people know we are in real estate. So, we are thinking using your font and text with a low pitch roof line above it. With the logo on top of a cutting board outline. and then the

OK I saw your last design to. I still really like your text the most out of everything I've seen so far. I'm just not a fan of what went on the top of the text. I'm trying to give you some direction on what maybe I would like but I can't think of anything off the top of my head. When I do I will let you know.
