Hi,

A few things to consider/contemplate:
1. Readability of lettering - Blue/Red/White is harder to read than Blue/White/Red
2. The Alaska map is nice.. but it's "all over the place"... Suggestion is to dim it down a notch.. since it already says "Alaska" and it is easier to get a more harmonized shape of the logo.
3. Readability in small sizes and still look good on a sign or apparel.

I've tried to stay "true" to the modern sports logos out there, and recreate a beer that has same "grizzly" (pun intended) as your original.

Made bear slightly larger.
