These are good. Can we see some options with lettering containing the blues and grays from our logo against a white background utilizing the glossiness/fade seen in entry #49?

Also, what does the bump in the circle signify to you?

I tried to combine between the symbol and the wordmark, than emphasizes the "Workplace Excellence".
How do you think?

Thanks for the new one and the emphasis on Workplace Excellence. The logo that we are looking for will need to be more horizontal. I do think that the icon need the small circle that was taken out of this round.

Regarding entry #92, I think its getting closer. The dark blue isn't working here. We need to tie the icon color together with the color of the lettering. Advisor is also standing out a little too much.

Entry #114 is looking good. Can we try with "The Advisor" bigger and mute the blue a little? The blue is too bright for what we're going for. I like the blue that you had in #52.
